FixMyCar offers several instant-quoting options. These are features that allow you to quote a high number of jobs, efficiently with minimal effort.
As an online platform our users have certain expectations about how the website works and key to that is once they submit the details of their job, they expect to receive quotes.
An instant quote ensures getting your prices in front of drivers when they’re active on the website, meaning the chance of that customer engaging and making a booking is higher. Receiving a delayed response or no response at all leads to a very poor customer experience, resulting in customers losing interest or finding alternative solutions with our garages potentially losing out on work. WCFMC currently offers three instant quoting features –
These features all fundamentally do the same thing in providing customers with instant quotes on your behalf. The difference it on how each feature arrives at the price.
