What is a requested quote? 

Potential customers can land on your WCFMC profile page through traditional internet search engines and through the garage listings in their own WCFMC customer account.  

They may recognize your business or just be attracted by ratings, reviews and other key information like location. These customers have the option to click a button on your profile page if they want to request a quote directly from you. If a customer has shown interest, it's always wise to quickly respond to these with a quote as they are generally less competitive and have 50% higher chance of resulting in a booking. 

Requested quotes come through the dashboard like standard job and message alerts so you will receive notifications alerting you to new ones. You can also use the filter option on your message and alert feed to focus on requested quotes.
