How do I filter on my alert feed?

How do I filter on my alert feed?

On your main dashboard you have feeds to manage messages, alerts, applied for jobs and jobs won, these are managed in the tabs you can see at the top of the dashboard.

The ‘Messages’ feed can be filtered by Read, Unread and Waiting for a reply, this helps you keep on top of on-going conversations with customers.

The ‘Job Alerts’ feed allows you to see specific booking requests, for example, if you’re part of a network. You can also filter by proximity, urgent jobs, requested quotes or jobs yet to receive a quote. Utilising Job Alerts is an effective way to manage your time more efficiently, as they are a key factor which increases the likelihood of you winning jobs.

In the ‘Applied for’ feed you can filter by quote type, so if you want to specifically check your Autoquotes, manual, Parts + Labour or Smartquotes, then you can, making it easier to go through the jobs and follow up.

With the ‘Jobs Won’ feed you can filter by booking type, so if you do non-core work through the website, for example warranty or vehicle health-checks, you can quickly filter to find these more easily.
