What to do if you forget your login details
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using this link. The steps below show how to access the reset password page.
1. Navigate to the FixMyCar homepage and click the profile icon in the top right corner next to the 'get quotes' button.
2. A menu will appear like the one below. Click 'login'.
3. Next, select 'forgot password?'.
4. Enter the email address you used to create the account and hit 'submit'. You'll shortly receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you don’t receive the password reset email and it isn’t in your spam or junk folder, or if you can’t remember the email you used to log in, email team@whocanfixmycar.com with the subject: Forgotten login details. Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Garage/trading name
- The email address you think should be your login address.
