How to request Reviews on jobs?

The final factor in winning more work is reviews. These are extremely valuable as they give customers confidence in your service and value. When searching for a garage the key decision factors for customers are:

Distance
Price
Reputation

When you win a job, once the booking is confirmed and completed you can invite the customer to leave a review by going into the job – “View Job” and clicking on the “Request review” button.
Once you receive a certain amount of reviews and certain rating on the site this will automatically trigger achievement badges for customer service which are added to your profile and quote tiles, so customers see you offer excellent customer service.
The more reviews you have also helps send more drivers your way as many tend to search by rating and reviews so, the more you have, the more visible you are.
