Managing your membership

FixMyCar membership is an annual subscription that renews automatically at the end of each year. You will be notified via email before your renewal date at the following intervals:
  1. First reminder - 30 days before renewal
  2. Second reminder - two weeks before renewal
  3. Third reminder - one week before renewal
The membership fee will be paid automatically from the card you registered with on your renewal date. 

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your membership anytime, but membership fees are non-refundable, even if you haven’t won any jobs through the platform (as stated in the terms and conditions). For this reason, you might decide to keep your membership for the rest of the year but request that the automatic renewal be cancelled.

If you want to cancel, reply to a reminder email or contact our retention team directly at team@whocanfixmycar.com. Please provide a brief explanation of why you want to leave. Our team will discuss options with you and may be able to solve any problems you’re experiencing.
