How do I offer discounts?

Promotional discounts can be used to generate more business, so, if you feel like your prices maybe need tweaking on some services you can use the ‘My Discounts’ tool to do so.

Rather than just updating your prices using discounts can be a far more effective way of attracting customers as it allows them to see the potential savings on offer and puts things in simple terms anyone can understand.

You can find the ‘My Discounts’ tool on the blue task bar on the left-hand side of your homepage. 

Once you have licked on this option, you will arrive at the settings page where you can create new discounts.

You can click on the addition symbol button to create a new discount and then use the search jobs field to find the category you wish to apply your discount to. 

You have the option to offer the discount as a % or £ off and once you have selected your discount rate the system will automatically apply them to the relevant job category.

To set the discount live you must ensure you hit the ‘On’ switch and then you will be able to view the list of any discounts created. You can use the switch on each discount item to toggle them on and off and you can also click on the three dots on at the end of each discount item to either amend and update the terms or delete the discount entirely.
