Navigate to your booking calendar by clicking the button in the left-hand navigation bar. You will see a screen like the one below - this is where you can show your availability.
Use the ‘on/off’ toggles below each date to signal whether you’re open to new bookings.
After you turn bookings on, click the ‘+’ button at the right side of the screen to add availability slots. Customers can make bookings at these times.
Clicking the bin symbol next to an availability slot will get rid of it.
The arrows below ‘your availability and bookings’ allow you to view different weeks.
It's also important to adjust your calendar's settings to ensure it reflects how your business operates. To do this, click the 'settings' button in the top right-hand corner. From here, you can:
Turn online bookings on or off using the toggle button at the top right of the page.
Set up your lead time, which is essential if you want to avoid last-minute bookings.
Set drop-off times.
Decide how many bookings you will accept each day.
Don’t forget to click ‘save settings’ when you’re finished.
It’s a good idea to regularly check and update your online booking calendar, especially if you have a separate calendar for direct bookings. Otherwise, it will be harder to win jobs because potential customers might request work when you are unavailable.
Although it’s possible to switch your booking calendar off, that isn’t something we would recommend doing. It takes all visibility away and makes you less likely to win work. It also means you can’t dictate when you are and aren’t available to avoid wasting time on bookings you can’t do.
